Proudly Supporting Our Community
All-American Brew Works is a Veteran owned and operated craft brewery founded by family and friends, brewing in their garage, with a passion for great American style beers and an unwavering dedication to their country, military and public service professions.
Our mission is to provide our customers with a patriotic brewery experience, while brewing only the highest quality American style ales and lagers. These styles will range from the older beers that America was founded on, all the way up to the new age spin on West Coast hopping, barrel aging and radical brewing.
In 2020 we added Co-Pilots Kitchen to the family which gives us the ability to provide consistent, top quality food to pair with our beer.
So raise your glass with a salute to our great flag, great friends and great beer!
Cheers and enjoy,
The All-American Brew Works Family

Originally from San Jose, Melissa now lives in Riverside, CA. She retired from the City of Riverside in late 2021 after 27+ years. Melissa started helping with brewing operations in 2017, and now brews full time.
When she is not brewing beers at AABW, she loves to travel, attend hockey games, sample local beers, and partake in whiskey tasting.
Her “Go To Beers” are Baja Cruisin’, which is her own recipe and Friend Zone. Her favorite sandwich is F-18 Super Hornet.
She can occasionally be found helping in the deli or behind the bar in the Taproom. Stop in and say “Hi” and ask her brewing techniques.
Steve
Founding Owner
Steve, the founding father of AABW, he served 37 years, 10 months and 18 days in the military reaching the distinguished rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4.
While home from Iraq, he helped his son test and brew multiple beers while also building a bigger system for higher volume. This lead to the birth of AABW and what is now a 500 Barrel operation.
When he is not brewing with Melissa and the team, he loves to spend time with his wife, Cindy and their grandchildren.
His “Go To Beers” are Chosin Few and Patriot Pale Ale. His favorite sandwich is the F-117 Nighthawk.
